Getting Started
BKA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS POS is a complete business management solution designed for retailers and wholesalers in West Africa. It includes a web-based dashboard, mobile POS app, inventory management, credit tracking (debtors/creditors), multi-currency support (GHS/CFA), and comprehensive reporting—all in one integrated platform.
Getting started is easy! Simply visit our Pricing page, select a plan, and click "Get Started." No credit card is required for the 14-day free trial. You'll receive login credentials via email, and our team will help you set up your account.
The web dashboard works on any modern computer with internet access. For the mobile POS, you'll need an Android or iOS device. Optional hardware includes a thermal receipt printer (Bluetooth or USB) and a barcode scanner, but these aren't required to use the system.
Pricing & Billing

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and cash payments. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing with 30-day payment terms.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
No setup fees for self-hosted installations! We offer optional data migration services (₵500-₵2,000 depending on data volume) and on-site training (₵300/day + travel) if needed.
Features & Usage
The mobile POS app has offline capabilities. You can save drafts locally when there's no internet, and they'll automatically sync once the connection is restored. The web dashboard requires an internet connection.
The system supports both Ghana Cedi (GHS) and CFA franc. You can set a configurable exchange rate, and the system will automatically convert prices at the point of sale. Reports can show data in either or both currencies.
Yes! The Starter plan supports 1 shop, Professional supports 3 shops, and Enterprise supports unlimited locations. You can track inventory, sales, and users separately for each location while getting consolidated reports.
The system tracks debtors (customers who owe you money) and creditors (suppliers you owe). You can record credit sales/purchases, track payments, set credit limits, view aging reports (30, 60, 90+ days), and print statements for customers or suppliers.
Yes! You can bulk import products, customers, and suppliers using Excel or CSV files. We also offer professional data migration services if you need assistance with large or complex datasets.

For self-hosted: PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, Apache/Nginx with mod_rewrite, 2GB RAM, 10GB storage. For mobile: Android 6.0+ or iOS 12+ with camera. Web dashboard works on any modern browser.
Absolutely. We use JWT authentication, bcrypt password encryption, parameterized queries to prevent SQL injection, and complete audit logging. Your data is stored securely, and you have full ownership and export capabilities.
Yes! Professional and Enterprise plans include access to our REST API with JWT authentication. This allows integration with accounting software, e-commerce platforms, and custom applications.
